Order your sim to continually swim around and they’ll eventually get exhausted and drown. Build a pool, get the Sim you want dead to have a swim in the pool, and then promptly remove any ladders and put a fence around it. The tried and tested method for sim extermination is drowning them in a pool, although it can take a while to make them actually die. Put rugs under and around the stove, so when it does catch fire, all the rugs will too. If the sim has a low cooking skill, get them to cook something complicated, or just try preparing multiple meals. First, make sure the stove is the cheapest you can find. If you can pull it off though, it can be quite a quick death.
